PexGuide is a free leveling addon for WoW Forever. A Horde route built to keep travel to a minimum, an arrow that shows you the way, and a step window that updates itself from your quest log and level.

Your route is picked automatically from your race and class. Class quests included, no dungeon quests in the main route: dungeons are your call.

What PexGuide does
Steps that keep up with you
The step window rereads your quest log, completed quests and level all the time. Did a quest out of order? It follows along, no clicking needed.
An arrow that knows the way
The arrow follows real waypoints before heading to the target: out of the Deathknell crypt, around a cliff, to the flight master…
World map and minimap
NPCs to talk to and the areas where your quest mobs or items are show up on the world map and the minimap.
Quest mobs tagged
An icon on the nameplate and a line in the tooltip of useful mobs, like Questie — for your quests only.
Auto quests (optional)
Automatically accepts and turns in route quests. Hold Shift while talking to the NPC to do it by hand. Turn it off anytime.
Dungeon detours, if you want
At the right level (Ragefire Chasm, Wailing Caverns, Shadowfang Keep), PexGuide offers a detour that picks up the dungeon quests. Yes, no or later: your choice, and you can resume the regular route whenever you like.
Skips quests that got too low
After a dungeon, quests that became too easy are skipped on their own, while respecting quest chains and class quests. The threshold is adjustable.
English and French
The addon follows your game language, and you can switch with one click in the menu.
Free
No subscription, no account. The game data you choose to share makes the routes better for everyone.
How it works
- Install the addon (CurseForge soon, or by hand: see Download).
- On first launch, pick your language, auto quests and anonymous data sharing. Reopen it anytime with
/pex setup. - Follow the arrow. Left-click the minimap button to show the steps, right-click for the menu.
